Genoveva’s Tortillas

"I think if we make homemade tortillas every time, it will--it would be like really big. Because they're really good and it will be really hard to not eat too many.... And the kids--we just wrap them and put some cheese. And because they're still hot, they have the cheese like queso fresco, so it kind of melts there a little bit. And the kids, they just love it. They just grab it like 'Oh here's your taco' and they go and eat it. They don't even sit, they just eat it where they are."

Ingredientes / Ingredients

  • Harina de Maíz / Cornflour
  • Agua / Water

Instrucciones / Instructions

"They say if you have your tortillas-- they kind of puff up like that, then you're ready to get married."
